Abstract
目的 建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定灵芝孢子油中1,2-二油酸-3-棕榈酸甘油酯含量的方法.方法 采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5μm)柱,流动相:乙腈-异丙醇(体积比为51∶49),流速:1.0 mL·min-1,ELSD漂移管温度:40℃,载气流速:2.4 L·min-1.结果 1,2-二油酸-3-棕榈酸甘油酯在2.7～27.0 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率为99.3％,RSD值为2.3％.结论 该方法简便、准确、分离度好,可用于灵芝孢子油中1,2-二油酸-3-棕榈酸甘油酯的含量测定.
