Abstract
肾虚与血瘀二者相互关联,相互影响,肾虚可致血瘀痹阻,血瘀加重肾气亏虚,故而形成肾虚血瘀的病理机制.在风寒热湿毒等标邪的影响下进一步发展为骨痹.治法宜用补泻兼行,瘀既去而正不伤,可见补肾活血法作为骨性关节炎的治疗大法,贯穿骨性关节炎治疗的全过程.
