Abstract
腕踝针作为一种独特的针灸疗法,因其操作简单实用易上手的特点被广泛应用于临床各科,主要用于治疗各种痛症.其临床作用入针即效、持续性镇痛的效果一直被广泛关注,相关临床试验已证明腕踝针的疗效.但是目前腕踝针镇痛作用机制方面的研究较少,且大多局限在神经生物学方面的研究.该文介绍腕踝针对痛阈的影响,并在近年来有关腕踝针机制实验研究基础上,结合中医相关理论对腕踝针镇痛机制进行讨论.
