Abstract
以热治热,灸治热证.该文根据历代中医文献对灸治热证的记载,对灸法治疗热证的作用及各型热证的病因病机进行了讨论,认为灸治热证的主要作用是开阖腠理、引热外达,拔毒泄热、消瘀散结,补阳助阴、益气除热.引用当代灸法治疗热证的临床应用,如灸法在治疗急性乳汁淤积性乳腺炎、小儿发热、热证疮疡、糖尿病、妇女绝经后潮热的临床应用,同时结合现代医学对灸治热证的研究成果,证明了灸治热证的可行性和有效性.
