Abstract
目的:研究罗勒多糖对H22荷瘤小鼠化疗增效的影响.方法:通过对H22荷瘤小鼠瘤质量及生存率的检测,观察罗勒多糖与紫杉醇合用对H22荷瘤小鼠的增效作用;通过检测血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶及尿素氮,观察罗勒多糖联合化药对H22荷瘤小鼠肝肾的影响.结果:罗勒多糖能在一定程度上增强紫杉醇的抑瘤作用以及提高小鼠生存率,并对肝肾无损伤作用.结论:罗勒多糖对荷瘤小鼠具有一定的化疗增效及提高生存率的作用.
