炎症及氧化应激机制与糖尿病肾病关系

Abstract
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,是主要的微血管病变,同时也是导致终末期肾病的主要原因之一.目前对于糖尿病肾病的发生发展机制无确切定论,通过知网及Pubmed查阅近年来国内外相关文献,发现糖尿病肾病的发生机制涉及到多种因素,主要的有糖代谢紊乱、血流动力学异常、细胞因子、氧化应激及遗传因素等,其中氧化应激与细胞因子两种机制及两种机制的相互作用在促使疾病发生中起着不可小觑的作用.
