Abstract
脾约证首见于《伤寒论》,目前大家普遍认为其病机是胃强脾弱,从理论上言可通,于临床实际似不尽相符.作者试以探讨,认为其病机为胃热脾燥,燥热蒸津上适于肺,肺肃降水液偏渗入膀胱,致使肠道津液减少,肠道失润,故小便数,大便硬.脾不能正常运化水液以濡润肠道,与正常相比受到约束,所以称之为脾约.用麻子仁丸治之,意在泻胃热,除脾燥,而舒脾气之约束.
