Abstract
综合近5年针灸治疗围绝经期综合征相关文献,从临床和实验研究2个方面进行综述.临床研究主要有针刺、艾灸、电针、耳穴疗法以及综合疗法等,取得了较好的临床疗效;实验研究主要围绕神经-内分泌-免疫系统和自由基代谢、血脂等方面而展开的,进一步揭示了针灸的作用机制.表明针灸治疗该病具有优越性和发展潜力,并对深化针灸研究提出相关建议.
