恶性肠梗阻是晚期肿瘤特别是晚期消化道肿瘤患者的常见并发症,目前临床上处理极其困难.对于恶性肠梗阻的治疗策略,西医在临床上主要以对症处理为主,中医则可在提高恶性肠梗阻患者的生活质量上发挥更为重要作用.目前中医药可在恶性肠梗阻治疗策略选择中广泛发挥作用,但多散见于各种独立研究报道,现就中医药在其治疗策略选择中的作用做如下综述.
