桂龙凝胶膏剂质量标准研究

Abstract
目的:建立桂龙凝胶膏剂的质量控制标准.方法:采用TLC法对桂龙凝胶膏剂中五爪龙、羌活、蒲黄进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对方中苯甲酰新鸟头原碱含量进行测定.结果:TLC鉴别方法斑点清晰、专属性强,简单可行;苯甲酰新鸟头原碱在167～984 ng范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,r=0.999951,平均回收率为98.70％,RSD=1.54％(n=6).结论:该研究所建立的质量标准方法简便、稳定,可用于桂龙凝胶膏剂的质量控制.
