Abstract
肩袖损伤是导致肩关节疼痛和功能障碍最重要的原因之一,年龄导致的退行性改变及运动性创伤是其发病的主要因素.此外损伤还与其特殊解剖结构和生物力学特点密切相关.治疗方面主要是解决肩部疼痛并促进肩关节功能的恢复.另外,早期持久的术后康复练习也是重塑肩关节功能的重要保障.
