自体垂直悬吊牵引对兔退变椎间盘组织的影响

Abstract
目的:探讨自体垂直悬吊牵引对新西兰大白兔退变椎间盘病理组织的影响.方法:以16G针刺损伤18只新西兰大白兔腰椎椎体右前侧纤维环制备椎间盘退变模型,随机分为牵引组和对照组.牵引组(n=8)行自体垂直悬吊牵引,每天牵引30 min,连续牵引8周.对照组(n=8)不予治疗,分别于牵引后2、4、6、8周行腰椎侧位X线检查和病理组织学观察.结果:随着牵引时间的延长,牵引组腰椎间隙高度逐渐增加,椎间盘内的含水量及活椎间盘细胞数量增多,纤维环排列日趋规则.结论:自体垂直悬吊牵引可能延缓和抑制椎间盘退变.
