Abstract
桡骨远端关节面纵斜向断裂向掌侧移位、伴有腕关节半脱位者称为反Barton骨折,传统上行手法复位,夹板固定,多遗留关节畸形、疼痛等后遗症,现代医学认为本病需手术治疗,才可能恢复影响后期功能的解剖关系,自2010年1月-2013年1月,笔者采用掌侧入路切开复位解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗反Barton骨折9例,取得了满意疗效.现报告如下.
