Abstract
胃食管反流病(GERD)是临床常见的消化系统疾病,西医临床多以对症治疗为主.王彦刚教授倡导"核心病机观"理论,认为GERD的核心病机为郁热阻滞、肝胃不和,并针对这一核心病机归纳出清、利、调、养的临证用药四旨,即"一清郁热,二利咽喉,三调肝胃,四养心神",并对郁热兼痰湿困阻、郁热兼瘀血阻滞、郁热兼阴液亏虚的兼夹病机,辨证加减治疗,效果显著.
