免疫和炎症构成肿瘤微环境的两大核心,在炎症微环境中,细胞和分子构成了炎症与免疫此消彼长的动态变化,最终造成大量免疫抑制细胞及炎性相关因子等在肿瘤微环境中大量聚集,从而介导肿瘤的免疫抑制和逃逸.炎症与免疫在肿瘤微环境中发挥关键作用.本研究就中医药对肿瘤微环境的调节,微环境中炎性反应及免疫相互关系进行综述.
