Abstract
血管老化是高血压等高发心血管疾病的病理基础,运行气血的通道"脉道"即为"血管",当"脉道不利"时,"血管老化"发生.脉道受气血的濡养,脾肾亏虚、浊邪阻滞、血瘀阻络均可不同程度地影响气血在人体脉道中的输布,最终导致脉道失养,发为血管老化.分析表明:虚、浊、瘀均可从不同角度影响脉道的状态,故可从以上角度重新认识血管老化.
