Abstract
小儿流涎,为水湿作祟,医家多从脾肾论治,然涎为水湿,与五脏相关.以风药胜五脏湿邪,盖以风药温燥升脾,清降和胃;轻取肺邪,从汗而解;少火助心,轻散余火;风行肾水,辛以润之;疏肝达气,调畅上下.本文从小儿流涎为五脏水湿,结合小儿‘五脏特性’,试论风药入五脏,祛五脏水湿而止涎的基本原理,为治疗小儿流涎提供新思路.
