从津血精髓分层论治糖尿病脑病

Abstract
糖尿病脑病是糖尿病发展到后期重要的并发症,其主要影响中枢系统,对应中医消渴合并痴呆、健忘、脑卒中等病.传统中医多从肺脾肾三脏和上中下三消辨证论治消渴病以及并发症,笔者认为该病主要伤及津、血、精、髓等物质,而“津血精髓”存在先后浅深的层次关系,提出从“津血精髓”分层论治糖尿病脑病,旨在细化对糖尿病脑病的辨证,提高临床疗效.
