Abstract
陈志强教授从事中西医结合诊治慢性肾脏疾病临床科研工作30余年,对膜性肾病的治疗有着较为丰富的经验,特别是运用中医辨证论治,提出膜性肾病的病机为"脾肾亏虚,瘀水互结",治疗遵循健脾补肾、祛湿利水、化瘀通络的基本治疗原则,强调健脾补肾以助正气,宣通三焦以泄湿浊,化瘀通络以消瘀血,临床治疗取得较好疗效,并附医案1则,以资佐证.
