介绍张洪义教授运用活血化瘀药的经验.张教授在积累多年临床经验的基础上,将活血化瘀药按其效力归纳为几组药对,临证时根据患者气滞血瘀的程度、部位、性质等不同进行辨证加减,在治疗中获得良好效果.张教授临床常用卷柏、泽兰;川芎、赤芍;醋延胡索、炒五灵脂;桃仁、红花;京三棱、蓬莪术;水蛭、虻虫等几组活血药对.张教授对活血化瘀药物的灵活运用充分体现中医学辨证论治的特色,在临床实践中可资借鉴和参考.
