Abstract
缺血性心肌病及脑卒中是全球致死率最高的两大疾病,尽早恢复血流灌注是治疗组织缺血的最有效手段,但灌注的同时往往伴随再灌注损伤.凋亡、自噬等细胞程序性死亡是导致器官缺血再灌注损伤的主要机制.通过分析细胞程序性死亡在心脑缺血再灌注损伤中的作用,阐释电针调控细胞程序性死亡的机制,进而探讨电针干预对心脑缺血再灌注后心脏及神经组织的保护作用及其作用机制.
