补脑软胶囊制剂处方研究

Abstract
目的 优选补脑软胶囊内容物制剂处方.方法 以沉降体积比和流动性为评价指标,采用单因素设计筛选软胶囊内容物影响因素,以正交试验设计优选适宜的内容物处方.结果 以大豆油为油溶性基质,药材提取物粉末过110目筛,加入2％蜂蜡为助悬剂,1.0％司盘-80作为润湿剂制备补脑软胶囊内容物.结论 制备的软胶囊内容物均匀、稳定、流动性适宜,为补脑软胶囊的生产提供了试验支持.
