Abstract
重症肌无力主要是由乙酰胆碱受体抗体(AchRab)介导的,补体参与,细胞免疫依赖性,针对神经肌肉接头处(NMJ)突触后膜上乙酰胆碱受体(AchR)的自身免疫性疾病.它以眼睑下垂,骨骼肌疲劳无力,晨轻暮重,严重者可影响咀嚼,吞咽及呼吸功能,休息或服用胆碱酯酶抑制剂可缓解为特征.
