Abstract
目的:通过腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜治疗胆总管结石,为治疗胆总管蛄石寻找更为有效和微创的方法.方法:回顾分析52例胆总管结石患者实施腹腔镜下胆总管切开探查(LCDE)、纤维胆道镜取石、T管引流术.结果:52例腹腔镜手术50例获成功,2例中转开腹.手术时间85～190min,术中出血量50～200mL,术后住院时间5～7d.术后未发生胆汁漏、出血等并发症.蛄论:腹腔镜纤维胆道镜联合治疗胆总管结石是一种安全、可靠的治疗方法.
