Abstract
胃癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,临床上出现症状并确诊时往往已属进展期.进展期胃癌预后很差,术后5年生存率约为61％,而早期胃癌(early gastric cancer,EGC)预后良好,5年生存率为84％～99％[1].本文综合有关研究及结合临床上使用放大染色内镜诊断早期胃癌的体会,介绍放大染色内镜在胃溃疡恶变诊断中的运用及方法. 1 病例介绍
