Abstract
压力性尿失禁(SUI)是女性常见疾病,尤其在中老年女性中发病率较高,其中压力性尿失禁是尿失禁中最常见的类型,约占50％[1].北京大学泌尿外科研究所对北京地区尿失禁发病率的调查显示,成年女性尿失禁发病率高达46.5％,其中SUI占59.6[2].一般情况下,可按非手术治疗和手术治疗顺序进行,但若病情严重,可直接采用有效的手术治疗,原则上Ⅰ型压力性尿失禁可先行非手术治疗,无效后再行手术治疗,而Ⅱ、Ⅲ型压力性尿失禁则行手术治疗.现就压力性尿失禁临床治疗进展综述如下.
