Abstract
小儿感冒因为其体质不同诊治思路也存在差异,我们常把小儿体质分为正常质、内热质、痰湿质、气虚质、气阴两虚质五型,而患儿外感后常以发热、咳嗽、鼻塞三种症状为主症,辨证治疗感冒的同时,结合体质辨识,知常达变,可使遣方用药有的放矢,更好提高临床疗效.
