罗世杰主任医师认为,因小儿体质特征,其外感原因导致的咳嗽绝大多数因于外感寒邪,而咳嗽多因内外合邪,风寒犯肺型支气管炎多见外感风寒兼内有痰饮,故巧用小青龙汤加柴胡、莱菔子治疗小儿风寒犯肺型支气管炎,多有良效.
