郑沙盟教授从以下证型辨治鼻鼽:①肺气虚寒,卫表不固;②脾气虚弱,清阳不升;③肾阳亏虚,温煦失职;④肺经郁热,上犯鼻窍.相应采取以下治疗方法:①调理脾胃,补益肺气,祛寒固表;②益气健脾,化湿散寒,升阳通窍;③温补肾阳,固肾纳气,兼顾健脾益气,理气和中;④清宣肺气,通利鼻窍.并附临床验案佐之.
