报道了用反向高效液相色谱测定黄连、黄柏和利肤康乐洗剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量,采用的色谱柱为Ultrasphere BDS,以乙腈-0.05M NaH2PO4溶液-二甲胺(37:63:0.2)为流动相,检测波长为346nm.本方法的回收率为98.83%,RSD为0.94%.
