地榆正丁醇部位化学成分研究

Abstract
目的:研究地榆正丁醇部位的化学成分.方法:运用大孔树脂、Toyopearl HW-40、反相硅胶等柱色谱法对地榆正丁醇部位进行分离纯化,并运用波谱方法对化合物进行结构鉴定.结果:从地榆正丁醇部位中分离并鉴定了13个化合物,分别为:3,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxy-benzoic acid ethyl ester(1) 、p-styryl-O-β-D-xylosyl-(1-6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2) 、geranyl-1-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、prunin(4)、confusoside(5)、garbanzol (6) 、icariside E4(7) 、p-hydroxybenzoic acid (8) 、altenuisol (9) 、4-(2-propen-1-yl) phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(10) 、2,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadiene-1,8-diol(11)、1-phenyl-1,2-ethanediol(12)、methyl-3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzoate(13).结论:其中,化合物1~7和9~13均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
