Abstract
目的:建立HPLC同时测定酒山萸肉、乌梅、醋五味子、覆盆子、枸杞子、金樱子、木瓜和山楂中酒石酸、苹果酸、乳酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸和富马酸含量的方法.方法:采用Agela Venusil MP-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈:0.01 mol/L磷酸氢二钠-磷酸缓冲液(pH=2.2)梯度洗脱,柱温25℃,流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长220 nm,进样量:10 μL.结果:酒山萸肉、乌梅和醋五味子中均可检测到6种有机酸类成分,覆盆子、金樱子和木瓜中未检测到乳酸,覆盆子和枸杞子中未检测到酒石酸,山楂中未检测到富马酸.酒石酸、苹果酸、乳酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸和富马酸在8种果实类药材中含量差异较大.结论:该方法简便、准确、快速,为药材中常见有机酸的含量测定提供方法依据.
