目的:研究牛黄解毒片中可溶性砷的含量.方法:采用氢化物冷阱捕集原子荧光光度法测定水、人工肠液中可溶性砷含量.结果与结论:牛黄解毒片在人工肠液中高于在水中砷溶出量,有显著性差异.
