Abstract
目的:建立五味子糖浆中五味子甲素的含量测定方法.方法:HPLC法,色谱柱为Thermo 251005-254630(250 mm×4.6mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水(80∶20),检测波长为254 nm,流速为1 ml/min.结果:五味子甲素的保留时间约为10 min,五味子甲素的线性范围为0.084~1.68 μg(r=0.994).平均回收率为100.21%,RSD为1.03%.结论:方法简便、快捷、准确、结果满意,可以作为五味子糖浆的含量测定方法.
