菊花总黄酮提取工艺研究

Abstract
目的:研究菊花总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件.方法:以本犀草素-7-0-葡萄糖苷为指标,用紫外分光光度法对总黄酮提取方式进行系统研究.结果:乙醇回流法最好,且用14倍量95%乙醇回流提取80 min(2次)的方法提取菊花中的总黄酮可以获得较高提取效率.结论:菊花中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为A3B3C2.
