肠易激综合征(Irritable Bowel Syndrome,IBS)是一种肠道功能紊乱的疾病,目前缺乏可靠的形态学改变及生化指标的异常.近年来,肠道菌群及其代谢产物在IBS发生发展中的作用受到广泛关注.针灸治疗IBS具有一定的优势,但其起效机制尚不明确.本文就肠道菌群及其代谢产物与IBS的关系进行概述,并从肠道菌群及其代谢产物调节的角度探讨针灸干预IBS的研究思路.
