HPLC测定FKⅣ号颗粒中芍药苷、绿原酸、虎杖苷及丹酚酸B的含量

Abstract
目的:建立同时检测FKⅣ号颗粒中芍药苷、绿原酸、虎杖苷及丹酚酸B的HPLC含量测定方法.方法:采用HPLC含量测定法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,芍药苷检测波长为230 nm,绿原酸、虎杖苷、丹酚酸B检测波长为306 nm;柱温30℃,进样量10μL.结果:芍药在7.539-482.470μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=1.000),平均回收率为101.10%;绿原酸在2.003-128.166 μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=1.000),平均回收率为100.76%;虎杖苷4.503-288.200 μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=1.000),平均回收率为100.74%;丹酚酸B在4.621-295.752 μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.91%(r=0.999 8).结论:该方法简便可靠,重复性好,可作为FKⅣ号颗粒中芍药苷、绿原酸、虎杖苷及丹酚酸B的含量测定方法.
