苦豆子减压提取工艺研究

Abstract
目的:优选苦豆子中生物碱减压动态提取工艺。方法:以苦豆子总碱、氧化苦参碱的含量作为评价指标,采用正交优化试验,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素的影响,结合综合评分的方法优选苦豆子生物碱减压提取工艺,并与较为常用的常压回流法、煎煮法提取效果相比较。结果:最佳提取工艺为加12倍量水,在温度为60℃条件下动态沸腾减压提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优化的苦豆子生物碱减压提取工艺中总碱及氧化苦参碱的含量均优于常压回流法和煎煮法,且工艺稳定、可行。
