本文通过整理王铁良教授有关著作、书稿、临床医案及临床教学论述,总结出王铁良教授治疗肾病用药经验:①玄府理论与肾病蛋白尿;②"辛能通玄法"在肾病中的应用,其中以祛风药最为常用,如祛风解毒法、祛风除湿法、祛风通络法、搜风剔络法等;③在肾病不同时期分别选用"苦辛通玄法"与"补肾固玄法";④医案举隅与体会.
