目的:研究中医治疗奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性的辨证分型和治疗法则.方法:根据患者使用奥沙利铂化疗后出现的不良反应的症状表现、舌苔脉象进行辨证,得出辨证结论,总结治疗原则.结果:奥沙利铂所致急慢性神经毒性中医分别从"寒"、从"虚"论治,以"温经通脉,益气养血""补气活血通络"为治疗大法.
