Abstract
慢性阻塞性肺病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases,COPD)稳定期病因病机为本虚标实、虚实夹杂,尤以肾虚为著,痰浊、血瘀及气郁等病理改变;中医药在COPD稳定期的治疗中能缓解临床症状,减少急性发作次数,预防肺功能恶化,不断改善甚至提高患者生活质量.本文主要总结郑敏宇教授运用三桑汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期的临床经验.
