疳证为小儿常见脾系疾病之一,起病隐匿,病程迁延,甚或发展为恶候,故列为古代儿科四大要症之一,随着生活水平的提高,现代亦常见疳证患儿,因此,疳证之临床诊断尤为重要.本文从四诊合参的角度阐述疳证之临床表现和机制,对小儿养生保健具有重要意义.
