Abstract
食管癌是人类常见的恶性肿瘤之一.据估计全世界每年有20余万人死于食管癌.我国是世界上食管癌的高发地区,食管癌死亡率占全国恶性肿瘤死亡的 21.8%.食管癌早期没有任何症状,或缺乏明确的早期症状,直至有明显狭窄时方出现吞咽困难.郑教授经多年临床实践,将食管癌分为气痰互阻型、脾虚痰滞型、气血不足型.治宜化瘀解毒、理气化痰、健脾化痰、益气养血.常用慈丹胶囊、伟达经验方系列等随证加减,灵活应用,在临床中取得显著疗效.另总结强调中西医结合治疗胃癌的明显优势.
