目的:探讨大黄不同提取物的泻下作用.方法:用55％的乙醇进行醇渗漉、醇提取,用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定.结果:对大黄不同工艺泻下效果的比较,渗漉加醇工艺比其他工艺效果好.
