中医综合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎42例

Abstract
目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效.方法:选择2011年10月-2014年10月本院就诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者84例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各42例.对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组给予中医综合疗法,包括中药内服、中药灌肠机针灸疗法,观察两组患者临床疗效、症状消失时间、肠道功能恢复正常时间及治疗总时间.结果:治疗组有效率为90.5％,对照组有效率为71.4％,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组症状消失时间、肠道功能恢复正常时间及治疗总时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:中医综合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效显著,能有效缓解症状,改善肠道黏膜损伤.
