车前草中总苯乙醇苷提取工艺研究

Abstract
目的:筛选车前草中总苯乙醇苷提取的最佳工艺.方法:以总苯乙醇苷的量为指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验优化车前草中总苯乙醇苷最佳提取工艺.结果:车前草中总苯乙醇苷的最佳提取工艺为:车前草粉末 (过2号筛)加入25倍量、50％的乙醇并调节pH值为5,于95℃加热回流提取两次,每次120min.结论:研究结果表明,该提取工艺简单、可靠、重复性好,为车前草的进一步深度开发奠定基础.
