Abstract
目的:中试条件下微波技术提取当归药材的工艺优选.方法:以阿魏酸的提取率、提取液的固含量为考察指标进行综合评价,采用单因素考察及L9(34)正交表进行试验.结果:微波技术提取当归的最佳工艺为按液固比15:1加入50％乙醇,设定微波功率4 kW,提取30 min.结论:该优化工艺简单高效、稳定可行.
