Abstract
为了促进中医药科技成果的高效转化,对科技成果转化的管理流程进行梳理与优化,我们将部分流程从线下迁移至线上,构建了基于MIS的管理平台以适应“互联网+”的发展趋势,平台以模块化构建,提供中医药科技成果的线上申报审批、电子存档、发布展示及统计报表等一系列信息化流程,较好地解决了线下管理的一些突出问题.
