Abstract
反思性教学是教师不断丰富教学经验和提高教学能力的有效途径,是教师专业化成长的平台.文中对高职教师反思性教学的现状进行问卷调查,结果表明,高职教师反思性教学不够主动,课后反思冷淡.由此提出相应对策,即加强岗前培训,加强“传、帮、带”和课后教研,以促进教师的专业化发展.
