Abstract
目的:研究门诊流程现状,提出门诊流程改造方案,提高服务质量,使患者满意.方法:通过增加挂号途径、增加“诊间结算”功能、整合医技检查预约平台、增加“中药配送”功能、增加“短信通知”功能等方法对门诊流程进行改造.结果:减少了窗口挂号人数,减少了收费环节,优化了预约诊疗模式,节约了患者在院等候时间,使整个门诊流程更加顺畅,方便患者就诊.结论:BPR可以优化门诊流程,大大提高患者的就诊满意度.
